There are two types of inspections we conduct:
Type I - Exclusively designed for properties that are going to be listed under the Property Management and Mortgage Holders (Banks & Private Lenders). Inspection parameters are focused on Structures and Visual Damages ONLY and no other verifications are conducted. This type of inspection applies to foreclosure properties. The written inspection report is limited and for Lender Review Only.
Type II - Exclusively designed for Buyers that are concern about their investment and the condition of the property and its components. It also designed for properties that are going to be listed under the List Your Properties for sales or rentals.
Most Sellers and Builders know the condition of their properties, how about Buyers? Most Buyers rely and trust on their Agent! Don't Be A Victim! Have Property Inspected Right®!
